Cow

A cow has a big head, two horns, a muzzle with a large nose with a nice skin design, a big trunk, a long thick tail with a bunch at the end and four legs having hooves similar to "boots". The cow feeds on grass and hay.

It was domesticated and tamed many years ago. Since then, about a thousand various cow breeds have appeared. The breeds differ from each other by sizes, length of hair, coloration, shape of horns. People has always loved and appreciated cows. In ancient times, they were considered as sacred. People worshiped to the cow, their pictures decorated temples and palaces.

Cows are very useful domestic animals. They give milk, meat, skin to the man. And with the milk, people learnt to make a lot of tasty products: cheese, yoghurt, sour cream, curds.
