Toco Toucan

This unusual and beautiful bird is named Toucan Ramphastos or Toco.

It is very beautiful: the body is black, the breast and the tail top are white. The lower part of the tail is red. But the most surprising is its huge bright orange beak which is not heavy at all.

Toucan Ramphastos lives in hot tropical countries in forests and feeds on fruits, bugs and flies. They live high on forest trees and go down to the land surface very seldom.
