Distribution

Lepilemur tymerlachsoni is a species of primate mammal in the family Lepilemuridae. Lepilemur tymerlachsoni is endemic to Madagascar. It is found in Lukuba National Park and on the island of Nusi-Be.

Appearance

A relatively large member of the family Lepilemuridae. The coat is greyish brown, the upper back is a lighter shade of reddish brown. The thorax and abdomen are light grey. A darker stripe runs down the back from the head. The muzzle is grey, the tail is reddish grey to brown. It weighs about 880 grams, the body length averages 23.1 cm and the tail length 24.7 cm.
